Westchester Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a private psychology practice specializing in Cognitive and Behavior Therapy (CBT). CBT is a structured, goal-oriented and problem-focused approach for treating many emotional problems and life stressors. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and work collaboratively with my patients to help them make positive changes in their lives.

Cognitive Behavorial Therapy

Using specific techniques, I provide treatment for children, adolescents, adults and families for a range of problems. These include depression for children and adults and anxiety disorders for children and adults such as obsessive compulsive disorder, specific phobias, and generalized worry, as well as work and relationship issues, stress management, anger control, insomnia, and attention problems such as ADHD. Often the focus of therapy is on parenting skills, during which parents learn how to best manage their children’s behavior. They may also need guidance speaking with their children about difficult issues.
