Contact

What to Expect When You Contact Me. When you reach out, we will start with a brief phone conversation. This allows me to understand the challenges you are facing and gives you an opportunity to ask any questions about therapy, my approach, or the logistics of sessions. If we determine that we are a good fit, our first session will focus on exploring your goals, discussing your concerns, and developing a plan tailored to your needs. I will explain how cognitive behavioral therapy works and provide practical strategies you can begin using right away. My aim is to create a supportive and safe environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Location. My office is conveniently located at 106 Washington Avenue, 2nd Floor, Pleasantville, New York 10570. I also offer virtual sessions through a secure and confidential platform for clients who prefer to meet remotely. Each session typically lasts 45 minutes, and I am happy to discuss frequency and scheduling options to fit your needs. Having a combination of in-person as well as virtual therapy is also available. I work with clients from across Westchester, including Chappaqua, Scarsdale, White Plains, and Rye, and many other towns in New York and Connecticut.

Please call me at 914.495.3600 to schedule an appointment or ask any questions. You can email me at drjulie@westchestercbt.com. I strive to make the process of starting therapy as comfortable and straightforward as possible, so you can begin focusing on your well-being and goals with confidence.
